1. What’s the payment term? and payment method?
Under USD1,000 per order : 100% payment in advance.
Over USD 1,000 per order: 30% deposit in advance, the balance before the shipment.

2. How do you ship the goods?
Mini order: Priority By express via Fedex, UPS, TNT, DHL.

3. How can you guarantee your quality? If we don't satisfied your quality,how will you do?
Usually we do samples for you to confirm every details before the bulk production, we don't do a digital proofing,we use the same equipment as we have used for bulk production.
4. When we create the artwork, what kind of format is available for printing?
-The popular ones: PDF, AI, PSD.
-Bleed size: 3-5mm.
-Resolution: no less than 300 DPI.
