1. What is your product range?
• We are a professional packaging products and labels provider.We have provided chocolate boxes, foldable boxes, cosmetic boxes and so on, some paper bags and craft boxes in stock. We have also produced all kinds of label stickers,in mold labeling with excellent quality.
• We provide one-stop packaging service.
2. Question: How soon can you finish the mass production?
Answer: For the sample production, it will take about 5-7 days. For the mass production, it will take about 10-15 days after you finished the prepayment. It also depends on the quantity. Our representative will keep tracking the progress and inform you before we finished.
3. Question: Is your price competitive?
Answer: We are a high quality all kinds of packaging boxes and label stickers supplier in Eastern China, located in Shanghai. We have the very strict quality control to remove the bad boxes before the shipping. Also, we only use the high quality materials such as Avery for the printing. Our price quote is usually 5-10% higher than most suppliers. We don't supply the cheap boxes.
4.Can you do OEM / ODM for me?
We accept all OEM and ODM orders,please send your designs to us, we will offer you a reasonable price and made samples for you.
5. What's your payment terms?
By T/T, LC AT SIGHT, Western Union, 30% deposit in advance, balance 70% before shipment.
6. When we create the artwork, what kind of format is available for printing?
-The popular ones: PDF, AI, PSD.
-Bleed size: 3-5mm.
-Resolution: no less than 300 DPI.
